ABOUT MEGAN REYNOLDS

Megan Reynolds is a young singer-songwriter born on a century farm in Corvallis, Oregon. Currently a student at Oregon State University, Reynolds is using her experience in music technology and popular music to help refine the marketing, curation, and education materials at the GRAMMY Museum located in Cleveland, Mississippi. Before applying her skills to academia, Reynolds used her songwriting in order to promote awareness and raise funds for local charities. in 2018, she performed her original song 'Voice of a Generation' to a crowd of over 2,000 in protest against gun violence in school. Later in that same year, Reynolds performed two original songs at a charity event for her high school, helping to raise over $56,000 for local charities that helped school young neurodivergent kids, gave housing to children in unfortunate circumstances, and the local NICU. "Music is a language that voices the unheard and listens to the silent." She dreams of traveling the world to expand her knowledge of music and becoming a ghostwriter. From those who know her and have worked with her, Reynolds has been praised on her ability to mimic and adapt to the great legends of the past while still maintaining a modern touch. She does not need inspiration to strike, but rather she strikes inspiration- while working a full time job as well as being a full time student, Reynolds has written over 15 pieces within the span on 12 weeks. She is creative, unique, and ferocious on the music scene.
